Flying to aurora state (uao); weather clear wind perfectly calm. Called area traffic to report landing (twice) straight in runway 17 no response in area. Landed to find another aircraft on edge of runway. Apparently using other runway heading 35. Safe landing - no collision. Need tower at the airport.

Title: A single engine pilot landed at CTAF Aurora State (UAO) after calling for local traffic to find another aircraft on the edge of runway that had landed or was taking off in the opposite direction.
Narrative: Flying to Aurora State (UAO); weather clear wind perfectly calm. Called area traffic to report landing (twice) straight in Runway 17 no response in area. Landed to find another aircraft on edge of runway. Apparently using other Runway heading 35. Safe landing - no collision. Need Tower at the airport.
