Narrative:
Immediately north of the small community of dolan springs; in northwest arizona; is a 1300 ft (5;516' MSL) radio/tv tower that is unlit. Normally the tower is lighted with white strobes. Last night the tower was dark and very tall. Talk around the shop is that it's been out for several days.
