Near miss with a glider in very close proximity to chicago class B airspace. Glider presumably had no transponder and/or radio. TCAS never detected a conflict. Flight crew did not have visual with the glider until it was at approximately 2 o'clock position; same altitude; and no more that 300-400 feet.

Title: Corporate jet has an NMAC with a sailplane while on a visual approach to a non towered airport.
Narrative: Near miss with a glider in very close proximity to Chicago Class B airspace. Glider presumably had no transponder and/or radio. TCAS never detected a conflict. Flight crew did not have visual with the glider until it was at approximately 2 o'clock position; same altitude; and no more that 300-400 feet.
