Narrative:
Flight from ict to dfw experienced a loss of pressurization while climbing through FL290. An emergency descent was accomplished as well as all pertinent checklists and an uneventful landing was made at okc. Cabin altitude at the time of the occurrence was about 5500' and reached a maximum of 15000'. Apparent cause may have been an aft cargo door seal that failed.
