Narrative:
Flight attendant was shocked by a galley cart during boarding. I heard a mechanic tell the captain there was exposed wiring and that he had deactivated the cart/oven. The injured attendant was taken to the hospital after having to wait twenty minutes for the paramedics to get to the plane. We did not have air conditioning during boarding because we had no APU.
