Narrative:
Takeoff unremarkable until vr. Upon reaching rotation speed; the yoke would not travel aft beyond the center position. A high speed abort was accomplished followed by an immediate return to the ramp. Approximately 5 minutes after shutdown and with the passenger disembarked and inside the FBO; the left medium large transport fuse plug blew/failed. The next day on-site maintenance personnel showed both crew members a bolt that had fallen out of the elevator assembly in the tail of the aircraft which caused the jammed elevator.
