Narrative:
Aircraft was removed from service and taxied to the hangar. Discrepancy was 'all gear retracted normal with gear lever in up position; when landing gear lever moved to off position; right landing gear indicator both green and red. Left main and nose gear indicator normal.' mechanics and I jacked the aircraft to try and duplicate discrepancy. We found the uplock sensor target loose and the clearance between the uplock sensor and target out of limits. Target was reposition and set within limits and retorqued per maintenance manual. The operational test checked good per maintenance manual. During rush to return the aircraft back to service I did not review my sign-off for errors before releasing the aircraft. My error was discovered during paperwork audit. My error was not including 'repaired per maintenance manual and operational test checks good per maintenance manual'.

Title: A Lead Mechanic reports; that prior to Releasing a B737-300; he failed to include language stating 'Repaired per Maintenance Manual (MM) and Operational test checks good per Maintenance Manual'; after trouble shooting and repairing a loose Uplock Sensor Target and adjusting gap clearances between the Sensor and Target on the right Main Gear.
