Narrative:
While holding 10 miles east of tragg intersection at 14000; we entered a thunderstorm cell. Simultaneously our airspeed dipped below stall speed and the altitude dropped approximately 370 ft. I applied toga power and anu pitch to correct and began left turn to fly out of cell. New york ATC questioned our altitude and we stated that we were in the climb back to 14000.
