Narrative:
I missed the initial altitude restriction on the ruudy 2 and climbed to approximately 1;800 ft when departure told us to descend to 1;500. We were in conflict with traffic landing newark. This was my error. I reviewed the ruddy 2 departure and saw there is an altitude restriction of 1;500 ft at wentz. Contributing to this was a change in departure runway and SID. I originally received the teb 5; runway 6. I briefed this departure with a 2;000 ft clearance. Twenty minutes later clearance delivery changed us to the ruudy 2; runway 24 departure. The other departures have altitude information in the departure description; but the ruudy 2 does not. I missed the flag altitude at wentz and saw the 2;000 ft at tasca as the only restriction. I believe clearance delivery should include the initial altitude in every clearance to avoid the mistake like I made.
