Narrative:
Climbing out at 7000 ft the 'right pack off'; 'right bleed off'; 'right center fuel off light on'; 'right engine speed card' and 'right engine analog N2' all appeared. We accomplished the 'right engine bleed off' irregular checklist to no avail. We then contacted maintenance through dispatch. We were directed to go back to departure airport; which we did. Maintenance fixed the airplane. We taxied out; we were number one for takeoff when the same problem reoccurred. Taxied back to a gate where we were given another airplane.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A B757-200 flight crew was presented with multiple error messages relating to right engine bleed failure. They returned to their departure airport where maintenance tried (but failed) to fix the problem.
