Narrative:
On takeoff roll received an 'EFIS comp mon' message with no associated factors. Approximately V1 noticed an amber IAS caution flag on captain's pfd and first officer lost airspeed data. Cross checked standby and my primary airspeeds and continued with takeoff. Autopilot was engaged to facilitate workload but displayed oscillations despite being selected to the functional air data computer. Disconnected autopilot and declared emergency while returning for landing. ADC2 failed.
