Narrative:
While climbing through FL350; the right engine low pressure oil warning cas message occurred. Performed QRH and determined there was a problem. The only way to keep the psi from falling below 25 psi was to use lower power settings for that engine. We decided to go back to departure airport; notified ATC; maintenance; company; flight attendant; and passengers. Declared an emergency with center; and landed without incident. All crewmembers performed their duties with great professionalism.
