Narrative:
As I turned a short final to the runway I retarded the throttle to idle and the engine RPM went to zero. I proceeded to land the aircraft without power without incident. Once on the runway I was able restart the engine by advancing the throttle halfway. Engine ran rough as I taxied to parking without incident.

Title: A C207 pilot reported losing engine power on final. A safe landing was made; and the engine was able to be re-started on the ground.
