Narrative:
Was en route from the stockton area. I started monitoring unicom at watsonville while I was abeam mt. Aluminum. I called watsonville traffic and asked for airport advisories. I was told left traffic runway one. I entered on the left 45 degree. I was following three planes, one plane was behind me. As I turned on final, the plane in front of me landed. As I was approximately 200' off the ground a twin engine small transport stated he was taking runway 19. I stated I was on short final for runway 1. No response from the twin. I then heard the other people in the pattern aborting (I guess they could see him rolling, the twin). I said again, I'm on short final runway 1. I saw the plane rolling, so I side stepped, moved over to the right, and started a climb. I'm irate about this, the small transport did not respond to his radio, he did not listen to his radio before takeoff, he did not look around before takeoff!! I think I deserve an explanation?! If witnesses would help the FAA in this matter, FBO at city fueling in watsonville, has the north numbers of the other planes in the pattern. I was not sure if I should report this, the more I think about it, I should report it.

Title: CLOSE PROX GA SMA ON SHORT FINAL TO RWY 01/GA SMT ON TKOF FROM RWY 19 AT WVI.
Narrative: WAS ENRTE FROM THE STOCKTON AREA. I STARTED MONITORING UNICOM AT WATSONVILLE WHILE I WAS ABEAM MT. ALUMINUM. I CALLED WATSONVILLE TFC AND ASKED FOR ARPT ADVISORIES. I WAS TOLD LEFT TFC RWY ONE. I ENTERED ON THE LEFT 45 DEG. I WAS FOLLOWING THREE PLANES, ONE PLANE WAS BEHIND ME. AS I TURNED ON FINAL, THE PLANE IN FRONT OF ME LANDED. AS I WAS APPROX 200' OFF THE GND A TWIN ENG SMT STATED HE WAS TAKING RWY 19. I STATED I WAS ON SHORT FINAL FOR RWY 1. NO RESPONSE FROM THE TWIN. I THEN HEARD THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE PATTERN ABORTING (I GUESS THEY COULD SEE HIM ROLLING, THE TWIN). I SAID AGAIN, I'M ON SHORT FINAL RWY 1. I SAW THE PLANE ROLLING, SO I SIDE STEPPED, MOVED OVER TO THE RIGHT, AND STARTED A CLB. I'M IRATE ABOUT THIS, THE SMT DID NOT RESPOND TO HIS RADIO, HE DID NOT LISTEN TO HIS RADIO BEFORE TKOF, HE DID NOT LOOK AROUND BEFORE TKOF!! I THINK I DESERVE AN EXPLANATION?! IF WITNESSES WOULD HELP THE FAA IN THIS MATTER, FBO AT CITY FUELING IN WATSONVILLE, HAS THE N NUMBERS OF THE OTHER PLANES IN THE PATTERN. I WAS NOT SURE IF I SHOULD RPT THIS, THE MORE I THINK ABOUT IT, I SHOULD RPT IT.
