Narrative:
Lan departure pointed out traffic, an mdt Y doing training and we saw the traffic. Mdt Y was southbound, but then appeared to start a steep turn, and as it came around the 270 degree point, the mdt Y came very close to us and we turned right to avoid the mdt Y.
