Narrative:
I was working the arrival west position during the noon inbound. Aircraft X; called me inbound from the southwest on the ujm arrival. Shortly thereafter; while aircraft X was still on my frequency; aircraft Y checked in from the northwest on the gqe arrival. These two call signs have been used for about three weeks that I am aware; and it causes a great deal of confusion for me as a controller and for the pilots of the respective aircraft. This has been brought to management's attention but so far the subject company has not done anything about it.
