While on RNAV (GPS) approach at night right main gear; green; light failed to illuminate when gear handle selected down. Performed missed approach; contacted ATC and company. Declared an emergency with approach; diverted to a nearby large airport; and complied with CE750 emergency checklist - gear will not extend. Landed uneventfully.
