Narrative:
After takeoff; 'passenger latch' caution message came on for a few seconds; then 'passenger door' warning message; triple chime; and aural. Followed QRH. Contacted maintenance; company; flight attendant and made a PA. QRH indicated there could be a loud noise; press leak; or loud rumble. None of those existed and pressurization was normal. Returned for a precautionary landing. Uneventful landing after 18 minutes. Maintenance found a history on the aircraft; same situation about 2 weeks ago. Switched aircraft and continued.
