Title: The TZT pilot controlled runway lighting system appeared inoperative and no NOTAM issued regarding its inoperative status.
Narrative: Pilot controlled lights did not work. Airport lighted beacon was on. The PCL runway lights did not come on after several attempts on 122.8 (7 clicks). No NOTAM as to out of service.
