Narrative:
December 2009; got a call from maintenance control about an A320 aircraft fuel pump fault. I went on the call to see what was going on; it was close to departure time. There was a fault light on center (ctr) pump switches 1 and 2. I pulled the fuel quantity indication computer (fqic) 1 and 2 circuit breaker (C/B) and center pump (right) R-25; R-26; R-27. I reset fqic-1 and -2 C/B; and the fault went away. I got distracted talking to the flight crew and left the flight deck. Later on I realized I left R-25; R-26; R-27 circuit breakers open.
