Narrative:
My student and I were practicing touch and go operations. On our second touch and go I noticed that the aircraft was veering to the left; I realized that the aircraft had a flat tire on the left main gear. At this point I took control of the flight and stated to tower control that we would be exiting the runway at the nearest taxiway; tower responded and ask if we needed assistance; which I stated we did. The aircraft stopped approximately 50 ft from the hold short line. Tower control asked if I can taxi the aircraft past the hold short line which I stated that I was unable. Tower made the aircraft on final go around and I shut down after advising tower. My student and I waited inside the aircraft until airport operations responded to the scene.
