Narrative:
Dispatcher intercepted an ACARS transmission from customer service (cs) to company B757-200. Message was a request from maintenance; relayed by cs; requesting pilot in command (PIC) of B757 to cycle circuit breaker (C/B). I advised PIC of the B757 not to cycle any circuit breakers without guidance from company maintenance control. To my knowledge no circuit breakers were cycled. Flight continued without incident.
