Narrative:
At departure time; ramp called in missing fasteners on wing to body fairing. Upon inspection; I found multiple fasteners missing; including corner and leading edge fasteners. The aircraft was painted in this condition and new fasteners were never installed after the paint was completed. I installed the missing fasteners and the aircraft was dispatched.

Title: A Line Mechanic reports finding multiple fasteners missing from both left and right wing Leading edge; Wing to Body fairings. The B757-200 aircraft was painted in this condition and new fasteners were never installed after the paint was completed by a Contract Vendor.
