Narrative:
Was given taxi instruction to taxi to runway 20R via b-v-F-F1 hold short runway 20R. While on B was told to hold position because we passed up V. We informed ground that V taxiway and the signs for V was unlit. Now we were parked on a closed taxiway portion of B that had green lights. We went 250 meters past V before we stopped. They turned on the lights and the aircraft behind us went on V. They had just had a runway change and we were the first plane to use this route. They opened up B for us and we were allowed to taxi to runway 20R using an alternate route.
Original NASA ASRS Text
