Narrative:
It's been eight years since the tragedy of 9/11. All flights in and out of dca were canceled for weeks afterward. Yet; our missed approach from runway 01 still has not been changed. Climb to 2000' and hold at georgetown; 1 mile from area P-56; the white house; vp's residence; washington monuments etc. If anyone flies that missed approach procedure they'll risk getting shot down for fear of being a terrorist - change the procedure.
