Narrative:
During takeoff roll at 10 KTS above V1 had several compressor stalls on number 3 engine. Continued takeoff and declared emergency. Pulled number 3 throttle to idle and stalls stopped. Got clearance to dump fuel at FL060 for an immediate return to ZZZZ. Dumped approximately 78;000 pounds of fuel and reduced weight to 491;500 pounds. Got vectors for an ILS to runway 32. Made a uneventful full stop landing.

Title: MD11 Captain reports #3 engine compressor stalls above V1 during takeoff. Emergency was declared and flight returned for an uneventful two engine landing after dumping fuel.
