Narrative:
B737 database missed approach for RNAV runway 08 gcm goes to point vodak. New plates effect for last couple of weeks show different missed approach to point mobix. This is a none radar environment; if the crews miss this in IMC some serious separation issues could develop. Recommend immediate addition to flight plans calling attention this change until databases catch up...error. Approach was in gcm night prior.

Title: A B737 Captain reported that the FMC Navigation Database for MWCR/GCM RNAV 08 was issued after the commercial approach was issued and so his flight operated to the airport without the current missed approach information for flight guidance.
Narrative: B737 database missed approach for RNAV Runway 08 GCM goes to point VODAK. New plates effect for last couple of weeks show different missed approach to point MOBIX. This is a none radar environment; if the crews miss this in IMC some serious separation issues could develop. Recommend immediate addition to flight plans calling attention this change until databases catch up...Error. Approach was in GCM night prior.
