Narrative:
While conducting practice approach with my instructor into runway 8 at F45 (palm beach north county) on a missed approach turnout to the north; we violated R-2936. Winds at time were 20-25 KTS out of the south and we did not have enough course correction to avoid the airspace (after a left turn to the west on the miss). ATC was pretty busy that day so we were not talking to them. In retrospect; any practice approaches into that area should be done with ATC due to the surrounding airspace.
Original NASA ASRS Text
