Narrative:
At the corner of taxiway left and taxiway D at mci there is an uncharted 'island' that is unsuitable for taxi operations. It appears to be permanent. I cannot seem to find said 'island' on any airport charts for mci. It might be a big deal during night or low visibility conditions.
Original NASA ASRS Text
