Narrative:
We were told to descend from FL320 to FL290 and maintain 280 KTS. I was flying and put FL280 in the window and the descended to FL280. ATC told us to climb back up to FL290. There were no other complications.

Title: B737 Captain accepted clearance to FL290 and maintain speed 280 KTS while the First Officer was making a PA. The Captain mistakenly entered 280 in the MCP altitude window and descended to FL280.
