Narrative:
I was working FD/clearance delivery (flight data/clearance delivery) and aircraft X had two flight plans that printed. I did not see that they had different destinations so removed one from the system and circled the cid on the other. When aircraft X called to pick up his clearance to orl I cleared them to pbi as filed. They read back the clearance to orl as filed and I did not catch the read back error. Recommendation; diligence in my attention to detail on position.

Title: PTK Controller described confused clearance event when receiving two clearances on the same flight and not noting different destinations resulting in the issuance of the wrong clearance.
Narrative: I was working FD/CD (Flight Data/Clearance Delivery) and Aircraft X had two flight plans that printed. I did not see that they had different destinations so removed one from the system and circled the CID on the other. When Aircraft X called to pick up his clearance to ORL I cleared them to PBI as filed. They read back the clearance to ORL as filed and I did not catch the read back error. Recommendation; diligence in my attention to detail on position.
