Narrative:

At the FBO; after arriving in cgi while the tower was closed; there was a notice placed in the flight planning room that stated the tower/CTAF frequency had changed to 125.52 in december 2009; from 119.1. During our approach; we were using the 119.1 frequency which was depicted on both efb database and the aircraft charts. Multiple outside sources agree that 125.52 is; in fact; the correct frequency. Commercially provided resources appear to have the incorrect frequency.
