Narrative:
Report from flight attendant concerns an elderly passenger who tried to board with a drink in hand, was intoxicated, rude, obscene and vulgar while demanding service, i.e. More drinks. He was very annoying to other passenger and at one point he shoved the reporter. Captain agreed that police should meet flight in phx but crew later changed their minds about this. Reporter abhors the treatment uniformed flight crew members are sometimes forced to endure from the traveling public.

Title: CABIN CREW HAD A PROBLEM WITH AN APPARENTLY INTOXICATED PASSENGER.
Narrative: REPORT FROM FLT ATTENDANT CONCERNS AN ELDERLY PAX WHO TRIED TO BOARD WITH A DRINK IN HAND, WAS INTOXICATED, RUDE, OBSCENE AND VULGAR WHILE DEMANDING SERVICE, I.E. MORE DRINKS. HE WAS VERY ANNOYING TO OTHER PAX AND AT ONE POINT HE SHOVED THE REPORTER. CAPT AGREED THAT POLICE SHOULD MEET FLT IN PHX BUT CREW LATER CHANGED THEIR MINDS ABOUT THIS. REPORTER ABHORS THE TREATMENT UNIFORMED FLT CREW MEMBERS ARE SOMETIMES FORCED TO ENDURE FROM THE TRAVELING PUBLIC.
