Level off at FL360. First officer flying; auto-pilot 2 in use. After 3 minutes in level flight; altitude warning sounded. Captain's altimeter indicated 36;400 ft; first officer's altimeter indicating level flight at 36;000 ft. Captain's altimeter and airspeed fluctuating and warning and alert indications sounding. Over-weight precautionary landing made. Refer to log book; pilot write-ups previous 90 day's and maintenance follow-ups.

Title: A319 flight crew experienced fluctuating airspeed and altitude indications on the Captains PFD. The aircraft had been written up previously for similar problems so the crew elected to divert before entering an RVSM over water leg.
