Narrative:

While conducting a training flight; the student and I were practicing touch and go landings. After the first touch and go at around 800 feet MSL I noticed some specks of oil on the windscreen. I requested an immediate landing. The tower then cleared me to land. While in the downwind for runway xx the leak became progressively worse. I then made a short approach and landed uneventfully. I then proceeded to taxi to the ramp of our FBO and shutdown the engine as normal.
