Narrative:
On initial climbout the stick shaker activated and remaineded on for about 90% of the flight. We decided to return to the field and contact maintenance to get the problem resolved. We made sure that the stall warning test switch was not stuck. The first officer's fast/slow bug was indicating between 10 and 20 knots slow during all phases of flight.
