Given instructions to hold short 10L at A7 in pdx. Since construction; A7 no longer exists. Proper instruction should be hold short of 10L at tango. Airfield markings and ATC direction do not match airport diagram. Get rid of A7 signage or change diagram.

Title: B737 Captain reports that airport signage at PDX does not reflect recent changes to taxiways due to construction and do not agree with the airport diagram.
Narrative: Given instructions to hold short 10L at A7 in PDX. Since construction; A7 no longer exists. Proper instruction should be hold short of 10L at Tango. Airfield markings and ATC direction do not match airport diagram. Get rid of A7 signage or change diagram.
