Narrative:
Burned approx. 1500lbs more fuel than flight plan. Needed to add 8kts above flap and vref speeds to stay above alpha. Cycled ats (auto throttle system) off than back on with no change noted. Suspected heavier than documented payload. Further investigation found that the load plan did not include weapons and carry-on. And based on the required speeds; the total baggage weight was brought into question as well. The flight plan was based on 55k payload. Load plan was 52k. Contacted the chief pilot and director of operations.
