Title: While on approach to a high altitude airport and B757's right bleed failed. Because the aircraft may be grounded; the Captain diverted to a nearby airport so the crew and passengers would not become ill because of the altitude.
Narrative: Descending for approach we lost the right engine bleed and subsequently the right pack. Executed QRH procedures and then communicated with Dispatch and Maintenance. Diverted.
