Narrative:

We were handed over to the tower 20 miles to the southwest. I checked on with the tower and reported the airport was in sight. The sky was clear and wind was out of the south at 4 KTS. We requested runway 35 and were cleared for the visual approach and told to report 2 miles out. About 10 miles south we were told that there were 3 antelope in the area of runway 30. We heard the tower tell a ground vehicle 'airport 4' where they were seen. We could see the flashing light on the airport vehicle as it drove to the area of 30; which was just to the right of the approach end of 35. As we approached we checked on with tower to report 2 miles out and we were 'cleared to land.' the tower also told us that the antelope were headed for runway 35. We could see the airport vehicle driving in the grass between the taxiway and runway 35. We told the tower that we were ready for a possible go-around. The airport vehicle stopped in the grass between runway 35 and the parallel taxiway about 1500 ft from the approach end facing north. I could not see any antelope and we continued the approach. When we were in the flare the airport vehicle suddenly accelerated and headed north in the grass and then we saw the 3 antelope take off running and they angled toward the runway. I (the non-flying pilot) called 'go around' as the main gear tires touched down and the captain advanced the power levers. The antelope ran west-northwest and went across the runway in front of us and the airport vehicle veered left and followed them across the runway directly in front of us. We accelerated briefly and rotated hard and cleared the airport vehicle by 15 or 20 ft. We circled over mid-field and landed on runway 17 behind another aircraft; and when taxiing in the tower asked us to call him. When I called he asked how close that was because it looked really close to him. I said it was probably 10 to 20 ft max. He said he tried to tell us to go around be he must have somehow unplugged his microphone jack because he couldn't get a hold of us. He later told me that he had talked to the truck driver who stated that he wasn't told to hold short of the runway. I think that if we had deployed speed brakes or thrust reversers we would not have been able to accelerate fast enough to get back into the air and clear the truck. We were definitely and 100% positively cleared to land.

Title: A C560 crew reported that three antelope and an airport operations truck crossed the runway in front of their aircraft in the landing flare. On the go around the aircraft missed the truck by 15-20 FT.
