Narrative:
Climbing out of FL330 on our way to FL370 got ECAM; 'hydraulic Y sys lo lvl.' captain assigned me flying and talking duties and ran ECAM; turned off ptu and engine 2 pump. Yellow electrical pump stayed in auto. We elected to level at FL350. Captain contacted dispatch and maintenance. Our gross weight was approx. 146;000. We elected to divert where our weight was projected to be 139;500; below our max landing weight. We told ATC our intentions and got a route for ZZZ. The captain than briefed the purser of the situation; and gave them a time until landing and nature of problem. We had an uneventful approach and landing. The fire trucks were waiting and we cleared the runway and had them do a visual on the gear and brakes. After a thumbs up from them we continued the gate. The braking system was normal brakes and the accumulator was fully charged; but we had the ramp chock all wheels.
