Narrative:
I recently found our after flying several trips with this aircraft that an efb program to use the electronic chart system installed in the aircraft was not followed correctly. We do not have an ops spec section that describes how to use the efb sytem.

Title: An HS-125 First Officer reported his company does not provide an operating guide for the newly installed EFB; and consequently the EFB was being used incorrectly.
Narrative: I recently found our after flying several trips with this aircraft that an EFB program to use the electronic chart system installed in the aircraft was not followed correctly. We do not have an ops spec section that describes how to use the EFB sytem.
