Narrative:
I was with my pre-solo student leaving enroute to the training area. We were performing clearing turns and I saw the twin cessna out of the corner of my eye. I had to take the controls and hard bank left to get clear. We were announcing our intentions on the local practice area frequencies and never heard from the other aircraft as he was climbing through our altitude.
