Narrative:
Air carrier X checked on frequency and local cleared them to land on runway 16C. Then air carrier X asked about traffic and local advised of traffic in the pattern at bfi. Then local said state intentions and air carrier X advised they were going around. I coordinated with Y and informed them of the go around and asked for and received higher altitude and l=local issued it to air carrier X. Recommendation; the LOA with tower; TRACON and bfi needs to be updated to insure bfi calls sea tower in addition to TRACON.
