Narrative:
C-150 was untied and unchocked. Engine was started and about to be moved from parking tie down to the wash area for cleaning; in preparation for annual inspection. I realized I had left my cell phone in the car; on the right side of aircraft. Exited aircraft without shutting down engine; placing at least one chock on main wheel or replacing chain on wing. Aircraft started moving; made a slow left turn back into line area; prop striking the right wing of a C-152 tied down on the line.
Original NASA ASRS Text
