Narrative:
ATC cleared us for visual approach. We started to slow down; descend and configure for landing. During the landing flare; due to the gusty crosswind condition; the captain started to put more crosswind correction on the yoke. Right before the right main wheel touched down; I have noticed that captain had put about 40 degrees of correction into the wind while my side of yoke remain leveled. After we landed and slowed down; captain transferred top/control yoke to me. That was when I turned my side of yoke to the right and re-connected both yokes. We notified the company; dispatcher and maintenance control. Make sure the flight control disconnect handle are in.
