Event started with - emergency power on - level one warning; with a master caution light. We talked to dispatch and maintenance control and were advised to turn around. 40;000 pounds of fuel were dumped for return to ZZZ. Battery lasted around 70 minutes. Emergency was declared roughly 20 minutes from ZZZ. Air driven generator [air driven generator] was deployed; problem solved.
