Narrative:

Aircraft X was inbound and being vectored for spacing; when I had the spacing that I thought I need I turned them back inbound to intercept the runway 16R localizer but what I failed to realize was that I forgot to tell him to intercept the localizer and the aircraft went through final. When this happened I believe I lost separation with aircraft Y going to runway 16L. Furthermore aircraft Z was inbound to runway 16R and was talking to the tower; the aircraft had slowed down more than expected and when aircraft X was being vectored for re-sequence I believe I might have lost separation with that aircraft ahead on final before I had divergence.I know what I need to do but that is easier said than done. I must continue to scan and match speeds to make final work. It's a very complex final for someone who has never done this before and nothing other than repetition is going to make me better.

Title: A developmental Approach Controller failed to assure separation between three aircraft on final for parallel runways at SEA. The instructor was tardy in affecting a resolution and loss of separation occurred between the aircraft being vectored to the right runway and both the aircraft on the parallel runway and the preceding aircraft on the same runway.
