Narrative:
The aircraft taking off behind us reported we had white mist coming from our right wing that looked like fuel. The first officer confirmed the leak by looking out the window. We noted a fuel imbalance of 400 pounds; declared an emergency; and made an overweight landing with a sink rate less than 300 ft per minute.
