Narrative:
The left pack tripped while climbing out and would not reset. Right wing body overheat occurred 10 minutes later. Reduced power to extinguish overheat light and landed in ZZZ. Maintenance found the overheat computer (running both left and right sides) failed.

Title: A B737-400 suffered a pack trip failure followed by a right wing/body overheat warning. They diverted for maintenance.
